CONQUER THE WORLD CAMPAIGN


The time has come for armies to rise, lines to be drawn, sides to be taken! Our world is in danger of being corrupted by the evil Sephiroth and his minions. Alliance and Horde must rise to the call, but not always together -- as much as we fight against the enemies that rise to power, we must also keep our normal enemies at bay.

Therefore, join us in the event series of a lifetime. Take down custom bosses or try your best, watch Administrators fight to the death, gear up your professions and produce the resources that will support the war, and put your hand to the sword in a fierce battle for your very life! It all rolls out in the exciting stages and events in the Conquer the World Campaign.

The Campaign is a series of events every weekend during August on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You will have a chance to earn rewards of unmatched variety, including Full Donor sets, custom tabards, and dozens of other prizes. As you complete events, you will receive Campaign Points (otherwise known as 'CP'). Save these CP until the end of the month, at which time a special vendor will arrive so you can spend your points on the awesome rewards!


REWARDS

Here is a glimpse at some of the Rewards you will be able to receive:
Uniquely-Designed Full Custom Gear - 6000 CP
Uniquely-Designed Custom Tabard - 1000 CP (Must have over 5000 CP)
Uniquely-Designed Custom Tabard - 500 CP (Must have over 2500 CP)
Uniquely-Designed Custom Tabard - 250 CP (Must have over 1000 CP)
Uniquely-Designed Custom Tabard - 100 CP (Must have over 100 CP)
Uniquely-Designed Custom Tabard - 10 CP (Must have over 10 CP)
And much, much more including end-game gear, gems, mounts!

More reward details will be available at the end of the month when the special vendor arrives!


EVENTS

Some of the events will require a [Battlemaster Event Ticket], but not all. You can get tickets from the Vote Shop! Here are some of the events you can encounter along the way:


Zone Battles / City Raids
Earn: 10 Campaign Points (CP)
Requirements: None

Join in the action by tearing down the would-be conquerors of your world! Custom bosses will be attacking each zone and your cities and it's up to you to stop them! Assemble a group or go on your own, but whatever you do, they must be stopped from wreaking havoc!

Beware, though, as the opposing faction will try to defend against your efforts! It might be tough, but you are the last hope we all have! Win or lose, you still get the 10 CP for your efforts. These battles will take place every event day, so every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the month!


Neverendless Lottery
Earn: 50-500 Campaign Points (CP)
Requirements: 1,000-100,000 gold + 1x [Battlemaster Event Ticket]

Strike your gamble big with the new Neverendless Lottery! Bring out the big bucks for a chance to earn that special artifact or trinket during the Campaign! Sure, it might be costly, but what's some gold coins to legendary gear or fancy shinies?

This event will occur throughout the month, but only a few times. You'll pay the fee and pick a number. After everyone has had a chance to join the event, the Battlemaster will make a roll. ALL winning numbers get the reward! Rewards will scale with entry fee, so it will be worthwhile on any level to earn 50 CP -- even up to 500 CP in a single roll!


Rolling Gamble
Earn: 35 Campaign Points (CP) per bet
Requirements: 10,000 gold per bet + 1x [Battlemaster Event Ticket]

Luck is all on you now. Place your hefty bets and watch the gold drain away as you try for your chance at a higher Campaign score! Each bet earns you a roll, and you can bet as much as you like, but you must roll higher than anyone else or the bet is lost.

Careful, though! Roll twice on the same bet and you are disqualified, losing your gold and your chances -- even if one of your rolls was the highest! So, don't try to cheat, but come along and earn your chance at 35 CP each and every time! The highest rollers all earn in the event of a tie.


Landmark Hunters
Earn: 2 Campaign Point (CP) per screenshot + 5 CP per 50 screenshots
Requirements: Show the specific location and your character

Think you know where things are in the world or that you can track something down? You'd better hope so! In this event, we will be specifying hundreds of locations throughout the world from screenshots that we have taken. Your goal is to find these locations using the landmarks in our images and take a screenshot yourself.

Be sure to have your character in the screenshot, the location that matches ours, and then upload it to the Conquer the World category in the Media Center with your character name as the title to earn 2 CP + more! So, here's a breakdown of what you need to do:
Find a location we took a screenshot of.
Stand your character in front of it, facing the camera.
Take a screenshot of the location and your character.
Upload the image to the Conquer the World category in the Media Center.
Put the title of the image as your character name.
DO NOT give out where the location is, or you'll be disqualified and earn zero points!

The locations for this event will be disclosed on the second weekend of the month.


Supply the War Collection
Earn: 5 Campaign Points (CP) per submission
Requirements: 100g + specified materials per submission

Combat is not the only way to get involved in the in-game Campaign! You can utilize your professions to earn any number of points to supplement your overall rewards at the end of the month. This method might be a bit costly, but it could be worth it!

For each profession, there are two options. By providing the materials and quantities specified below along with 100 gold, you will receive 5 CP. You can complete each of these quests up to 20 times to a maximum of 1600 CP from this event!


Alchemy - [Potion of Petrification] x2 -OR- [Primal Might] x2

Blacksmithing - [Shining Silver Breastplate] x1 -OR- [Shadesteel Sabots] x1

Enchanting - [Smoking Heart of the Mountain] x3 -OR- [Void Sphere] x2

Engineering - [Mithril Mechanical Dragonling] x2 -OR- [Fel Iron Musket] x2

Inscription - [Mystic Tome] x1 -OR- [Glyph of Victory Rush] x5

Jewelcrafting - [Emerald Crown of Destruction] x1 -OR- [Pendant of Sunfire] x1

Leatherworking - [Barbaric Bracers] x2 -OR- [Felscale Gloves] x3

Tailoring - [Cindercloth Vest] x3 -OR- [Cloak of the Black Void] x1

Neverendless Video Contest

Requirements: Your own custom video

Start recording the action and make your own video of the Campaign! Feel free to mix in your own clips of PvP, PvE, and any fun and cool moments you've caught on camera! The Marketing Department will be releasing more details on this contest during the second weekend of the month, so start recording right away!

For the grand prize of 500 CP to one lucky winner, it's certainly worth it to try, but there will be some smaller prizes, too, for some other lucky runners-up. Get ready to see some awesome action!
